Overall, we were thrilled with CBS, they're friendly, always flexible with changes and quick to jump in when issues arose. They honoured the original competitive quote, even though the project dragged on a lot longer than estimated (which we half-expected amid parts shortages). That said, the plumber they brought in left a bit to be desired; he only mentioned that the taps were high-pressure models after the tiling was done, making it too late to swap without major hassle. Now, our upstairs water trickles out frustratingly slowly. Regardless, we would happily go with CBS for the next project.

From start to finish, they demonstrated the kind of professionalism, integrity, and workmanship that you would hope for. True to their word, they stuck to the original quote, no hidden costs, no surprises, just clear and honest communication throughout the entire process. Each day, the site was left clean, tidy and secure, their flexibility, willingness to accommodate a few changes along the way was refreshing. Any minor issues that came up were handled quickly and processionally.
