“I contacted Charlie from a card that had been put through the door detailing the services he can offer .He rang me promptly and I explained our security light was not working properly and he came later that day and it was found to be faulty and a replacement was required which was scheduled to be fitted a couple days later and he was able to come a day earlier which was fine . Very pleased with his care and attention to detail and he was able to resolve another issue at the same time .”
