First Class Job
Had new fascias, soffits and guttering installed by Charm. Work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard using quality materials. The fitting team were professional, respectful and left everything in immaculate condition. Everyone we dealt with at Charm from initial contact to completion was helpful and communication was clear. Couldn’t have asked for more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

5* Company you can trust
We looked into new doors for ages before recently contacting Charm for a quote, initially for a back door, although we were so impressed with the price quoted we decided to also get a quote for a new front door, as both were seriously good value. I noted the Which Trusted Trader status and 5* reviews which, as someone who takes note of rated reviews, gave me tremendous confidence. We ordered a new front and back door, the front without a letterbox as we have a separate post box and the back door in laminated, argon filled glass, plus other technical benefits, as the rear gets full sun and rain and I didn’t want any chance whatsoever of problems in extreme weather. EVERYTHING they said they would do they did, exactly as promised and the level of customer service was truly exceptional, especially in this day & age. Footnote: Having filled in the accompanying FENSA paperwork after installation I was invited to have a compliance inspection which I accepted. The inspector visited last week by appointment and he was instantly impressed with everything he saw and inspected and commented on the quality of the frames used in both doors. The inspector took the time to reiterate the need to pull the handle fully up when closing, ALWAYS but particularly in very hot weather as our back door has no porch as is South facing. Charm Windows are full of really helpful and knowledgeable people who care

Excellent service from start to finish
We contacted Charm when we had a window glass smashed in recent bad weather. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and managed to arrange for someone to come out later that. They stabilised the glass and then measured the unit and ordered a new one. It was fitted 2 days later. Cannot recommend this company highly enough for their service from start to finish

Highly recommended
Quote was provided in quick time and very competitive. They worked through my requirements and nothing was too much trouble. The company was also very efficient on the phone and always responded to queries. Job was scheduled as promised and then completed with the least amount of fuss and to a very high standard. Workmen were friendly and efficient. Some of the tidiest that I've had doing work for me. I would very much recommend this trader for window/door replacement.

Cannot recommend enough
I cannot recommend Charm Windows enough. From John coming to measure up, to the fitters finishing the job today, I couldn’t be happier. I have had all windows and front door replaced in Anthracite and also grey dry verge fitted. I was kept well informed by Sharon in the office of timings etc when the fitters would be arriving. Everyone was very courteous and respectful of my property and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Removal of first floor box window & replacement of windows and front door.
The work involved the removal of a rotten timber first floor box window, alterations to the roof line and replacement of the fascia and rain water guttering. Structural issues were found after removal of the box window for example there was no lintel in place which charm windows then fitted one and corrected the brick work to match the existing brick on the front of the house. Charm windows also helped with some design suggestions (removal / replacement of brick work sills introducing engineering blue bricks to coordinate with the new front door). Overall the fitters were very good and went the extra mile to ensure all the work was finished to the best standard and we are very happy with the work done.

A real quality job
Everything about this company is first rate. The quote process, the work, the customer service. Ashley led his team superbly. All his employees and contractors were great, very polite and respectful. Sharon in the office was a star too. The entire job of building us a large 20sq metre orangery took about 10 weeks. The materials are high standard and the finish is superb. Price very competitive too. They were recommended by a friend and I in turn have no hesitation in recommending this company.

New conservatory roof and replacement windows
From start to finish a great service was provided. The quote was given in a professional manner. Work was scheduled to start before the recent outbreak but was postponed. We were kept up to date throughout this time and we were booked back in when safe to do so. The work was completed to a high standard, with minimal disruption. The team who fitted the windows and roof were polite, professional and very tidy. The electricians were efficient and the plasterers did a good job. Sharon provided exceptional customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. We were very impressed with Charm Windows and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you for a job well done!

Windows fitted and glass replacement
Great service and product. Sharon at the Charm office was particularly helpful - good communication and very thorough. Quotation was efficient and well organised. Original fitting date was scheduled for March, that fell during the Covid-19 lockdown, which had to be abandoned. Alternate date was arranged efficiently, as the lockdown rules lifted. Fitters adhered to social distancing and fitting was very smooth. FENSA certificate received and Guarantee Insurance provided as part of standard install cost. Highly recommend.

Solid roof Conservatory/Orangery
We ordered a 4sq metre Conservatory from Charm Windows, based on some personal recommendations and on-line reviews. We opted for a guardian solid roof, to make the room more usable all year round, and a solid rear wall. Charm, in the guise of Jon, Sharon, Ash and Stuart, managed the whole build to completion, with a high level of organisation and professionalism. The attention to detail in the finished product was fantastic, and the teams of tradesmen involved all met and exceeded expectation. We were prepared to wait for a slot in the busy Charm schedule, and they did not disappoint, having someone on site almost every day of the project plan timeline. Communications were clear and precise, the price cost effective, and the whole experience really positive. I would feel comfortable in recommending Charm Windows to anyone, and without doubt this extension is probably the best piece of work we have ever had done on our house.

It’s satisfying to know you choose the right company in the end
Thanks Stuart for coming to our house at the time we had arranged and patiently listening to what we wanted, for explaining everything clearly and concisely, for giving us a price and agreeing a timescale, and then adhering to both, thanks also for the written quotation and subsequent contract both of which gave me tremendous confidence. The fact that you use your own scaffolding rather than hiring from a third party meant that you brought and installed it on the day and most importantly for me, going by some other companies reviews I had read, dismantelled and removed it immediately the job was finished. The installation itself went exactly as hoped for, your team of three ambassadors arrived on time, never stopped working, well apart from to drink the tea my wife likes to make, installed very high quality boards, soffits and roof edging absolutely perfectly and then left the place free of any mess whatsoever. Two days after the job was complete my wife said to me that there was one problem with the work done and it was that the sparrows that for 20 years or more had been returning every year to squeeze under the gap on the original boards, to nest in my roof, now can’t get under the new, perfectly fitted, better than the original boards, I had a cup of tea and smiled!

Absolute Professionals
From the initial consultation through to the final fitting nothing was too much trouble for this company all involved were extremely professional especially the fitters fantastic workmanship their pride showed through. Our windows look amazing, we had 4 in total 2 of which are bow windows - totally transformed the house. We have only had them fitted a week and we have had so many positive comments from friends and neighbours. I cant praise them enough.

Good customer interaction, advice and workmanship
Friendly and helpful sales advice from Sharon and Jon. Competitive quote. No pressure. Fitters, Colin and Carl, were competent, friendly and very tidy workers. Quality job done. We have used this firm before and even many years after installation, Stuart has come out almost immediately to make minor adjustments to our door hinges. You don't see many Charm adverts so they must get by on customer recommendation. I'm happy to oblige in this respect. RW Worksop
