Contractor incorrectly fitted replacement flat roof EDPM ie edge trims screwed through membrane from above and effectively puncturing the new roof, potentially leak point, should have been fixed from side. Badly fitted trim, didn't use capped screws, resulting in a poor finish, I pointed this out when they completed work, said they would return to rectify next day if I paid them promptly, which I did, needless to say the contractor never came back to rectify. Would definitely NOT recommend this outfit!
