Carpet refitting
Called Cherry carpets to do a carpet refit after bedroom renovations in 2 bedrooms. Although this is not a service they normally offered they accommodated our request. Anthony came and refitted them, so helpful, friendly and professional. Was concerned as they had been pulled around by workmen. They look as good as new, very happy customer!

My flooring experience of Cherry carpets
I have found Cherry carpets overall service to be of a very high standard from first contact with Toby to the fitting of the carpets and the flooring. The fitters were efficient and cleaned up after all work undertaken. I am very happy with everything and the price was very good too.

NEW BATHROOM FLOOR

Very pleased with our stairs and landing carpet. Toby in the sales room could not have been more obliging in terms of information and advice, the team was very accommodating with regard to timing, and we were delighted with the way the carpet was fitted by Andy. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen floor
An excellent company. We took several months to choose our kitchen floor and were provided with thorough and patient help in choosing the right floor, loaning of samples and including excellent recommendations for workmen. One came and repaired our suspended timber floor. Another moved 4 appliances before and after the fitting. The final fitting of 3 days was made to an excellent standard. From start to finish I always had the confidence that everything would be well taken care of and at a competitive price which proved to be totally correct.

Cherry carpets ⭐️
I am delighted to have found a family run carpet company that provides excellent service from start to finish. The whole experience felt 1 on 1 and the amount of detailed information and explanation was so helpful. Communication was excellent from start to finish and we are very happy with the end result. Toby could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Have already recommended to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

Friendly, reliable service that came in on budget and resulted in gorgeous stair carpets that are perfectly laid.
Excellent service from Toby and Matt and the rest of the Cherry Carpets team. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating - especially with providing multiple quotes for our change of heart on carpet/colours, and then kindly storing our order whilst we dealt with ongoing issues with water damage that delayed our fitting date by several months. Friendly, reliable service that came in on budget and resulted in gorgeous stair carpets that are perfectly laid. Matt even trimmed our leftover offcut to make it easier to store, and advised that we could use this in the case of any future damage to a stair. Very happy with the outcome - many thanks.

Great work & Great People
I recently moved and needed to replace a carpet in one of the bedrooms. Originally, I checked both Cherry carpets and the competition across the road - Cherry was closed on the day, so I had someone go in on my behalf. That was the right decision. The gentlemen that booked to come view the room, and who I followed up with after to the end (Toby), was very polite and helpful in choice making, did not attempt to up-sell me on anything - even though I had the things I wanted picked out prior. Quoted the price and called to confirm down the line, both times being very favourable and under what I had initially expected. Once booked in, I had to make some adjustments to the timeline. They were very willing and understanding, and worked around my schedule entirely. The people who came to do the actual work were also very friendly and prompt, cleaned up after themselves and left the room looking amazing. I highly recommend anyone to use Cherry Carpets, and going forward, if I need work done elsewhere, they will be who I choose.

Great Local Firm

LVT kitchen tile flooring
Cherry carpets provided a quote and then we visited their showroom to decide on the particular option we preferred. They were friendly and efficient in their dealings with us. A date and time was arranged for fitting and Matt arrived at the appointed time. He carried out the work diligently and meticulously with attention to detail and care in the laying out. The work was completed to programme and our kitchen was left clean and tidy by Matt. This is the second time we have appointed Cherry Carpets and would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them.

Never used you before so a little apprehensive but have to say very pleased with work The workers were Kerry and Mark they also had to do the sawing in doors so there was dust in the hallway but they swept it all up also wiped down stairs so good on them Well done

Great work and great service
Cherry Carpets laid carpet in our hall, stairs and upper landings and laid hard flooring in our dining room. The work was done very well with a very personable and professional service from all those who dealt with us. Terry and his colleagues provide excellent customer service. Excellent workmanship and quality products
First time we have used Cherry Carpets, this time for the inital phase of a bigger house refurb, and so impressed with the standard of work, their customer service and fabulous products. The bedroom carpet is very impressive quality, looks and feels fabulous and process from removal of old underlay and carpet to the door trim to accommodate our lush new carpet was efficient, clean and tidy. The shower room has had LVT laid which looks amazing. The room had originally been tiled and the floor needed a lot of prep before the LTV could be laid, but Kerry the fitter was brilliant working round and solving the challenges and installing the flooring with minimal waste and attention to detail. Very pleased with these results and looking forward to Cherry installing the rest of the new flooring once the rooms are ready. Highly recommend for value, craftmanship and quality.

We used Cherry for the first time and found the whole process very efficient with excellent time keeping and communications from the initial representative who came to measure up, quote and recommend carpet, to all the office communications re setting up appointments and the invoice etc and in particular the fitters, Henry, Rob and Andy who were thorough, friendly and efficient. The carpet was exactly what we were looking for and very good quality. Would highly recommend

Excellent Communication and Very Professional
This is the first time I have used this company and it won't be the last. They have carried out the supply and fitting of new carpet including removal of the old carpet and underlay though out my house including removing and replacing all furniture etc as necessary. High quality, friendly and efficient
We got two floors worth of new carpets and two rooms of engineered wood from Cherry Carpets. I couldn't fault them. The products were high quality. Terry who did the carpets and Kerry who did the wooden floors were both excellent. Shout out in particular to Kerry. After finding moisture in the floors he worked fast and hard, going out of his way to make sure deadlines were met, even with the extra layers of work needed to protect from the moisture. We couldn't be happier with service and our new floors.
