I chose Cherry Tree on the basis of their excellent reviews on Checkatrade. Unfortunately the quality of their work didn’t live up to expectation. The work took much longer to complete than originally advised and the quality of the patio finish is very poor. The patio is uneven and 1/3 of the tiles laid are loose and move when walking on and one has now cracked. It was clear when the job finished that there were loose tiles and they promised they would return to resolve. It has now been 5 weeks and they are not returning my calls or texts. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend.
