It was an excellent job
Our team, Mike & Tom, did a great job of lime pointing the house and the end result is excellent. Our adjoining neighbours are very jealous and lots of people have said how good the house looks. Paul and Wendy ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish and kept us well informed throughout. Inevitably re-pointing is a messy and time consuming job but every care was taken to minimise this and clear up every day. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
Good: - Communication - Punctuality Not good: - Not enough mortar removed in areas which has fallen out since - Broken doorbell - Broken roof tiles ( no accountability as maybe they were broken already, maybe not ) - Paul declined to view the work himself, too busy Full disclosure, I was told I touched mortar causing issues. I did in one area above the door, the darker areas are my doing. Picture provided.

The guys did a great job! They were very friendly and approachable and completed the job in the allocated time without leaving any mess. Communication with Wendy and Paul was excellent. They had to move things around because of bad weather, but I was informed beforehand. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, brickwork looked like new
We had the front elevation of our house pointed and we are very pleased with the finished work. The team responded quickly to any questions we had and from start to finish we found them to be pleasant and friendly. Thank you very much.

Great company to work with, they were all very friendly. Had to delay start date due to rain but they kept up informed every step. They did the work very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very good quality work, will definitely use them again for any other pointing required.
Paul clearly explained the work and what would be required. There was good communication with Wendy throughout the large job and we are pleased with the final result. The workman were friendly and polite throughout their work and especially made sure our neighbours were not impacted. Thank you
Cheshire Pointing did a really good job, they came and surveyed before send in a quote, the team that came were polite and thoughtful, they covered my plants and cleaned up each afternoon before they left. I am pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.
