“Carried out a full service with other planned repairs and replacing of various parts to our Ideal icos HE12 boiler. Radiators are heating up faster and hotter than before his work. Arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly, tiding up after himself and taking any waste away with him. Friendly and courteous, explained everything required and followed up with invoices, receipts and service paperwork via email. A quote was provided in advance. Overall, good quality and value service from an experienced and reliable engineer, we highly recommend him.”
