Really good customer services from Nicola for giving updates on engineer visits, costs etc. The engineer himself was really good at explaining what the issue was and what work needs to be taken on to resolve. Good work overall. Thanks

Our 22 year old fridge was beginning to fail. Mike the engineer came and checked it out and said we needed a new fan. He tried to source one for us, but due to the age of the fridge and the company no longer operating in this country it wasn't possible. However he gave us some helpful advice and we were very happy with the speed and efficiency of the call out.

Great service. Arrived on time and was super helpful with his advice. The fridge is unable to be repaired so he helped us to understand what the specifications for a replacement are in a really easy to understand way.
