He came over to see the issues and price up for a full repair... gave some brilliant advice and even though we didn't go with him as previously builder had apologied and wanted to rectify the issues. He's still happy to offer advice for now and in the future. I would happily work with him in a project as his communication was excellent and was always happy to help”
