Martyn came out on 9th April to drain and flush my central heating system, swap out a radiator, and fix a leak — all done to a really high standard. He was friendly, helpful, and left everything tidy. Excellent value for money too. If you're looking for a reliable, quality plumber you can trust, look no further. Highly recommended!”

Christopher Plumbing Services is a very professional, reliable and honest company to use. I have used them on several occasions and I have always found their service to be of the highest level. They always answer the phone, deal professionally with the enquiry and turn up when they say they will. All in all, a top notch company, who I will always use. If you have a plumbing job to look at, you won’t go far wrong with going to this company. For me, it is five stars the whole way.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Christopher plumbing services in only a few months. The reason i keep going back is I feel I am being looked after and not being ripped off and they are always quick to respond to my needs! 100% would recommend them!

Used Christopher and the team several times and always professional and polite service and totally satisfied with their work and how they go about it.

I have used Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd in the past with no issues. However, after attending to a drop in water pressure someone came out and suggested it was a valve problem? (From the off I did say that I had a water softener). So, I had the valve replaced. But still no improvement. Then another plumber from Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd returned and replaced another valve. Still no improvement?! Only when they by-passed the water softener did the pressure return to normal! So, I had two valves replaced apparently for no reason?! Then to top it off I noticed a leak from the pipework where Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd had replaced the valve, plus water coming out of the pressure release valve dripping outside. So, I called in another plumbing company, who immediately said that previous work had caused the leak and our pressurised system had not been recharged correctly, so causing the pressure release valve to drip! Also, that the water softener should have been the first thing to be checked with water pressure issues! So, after paying out £492.11 to Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd, then another £436.51 to fix the leak and recharging the system caused by Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd I was a bit miffed!!!! After contacting Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd and even forwarding the report from the other plumber, Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd denied any wrongdoing! Then to top it off, they just ignore my emails. So now I am looking into advice from a third party!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Plumbing. We have used this company for over 8 years, generally for boiler servicing and repairs. On each occasion their service has been excellent. They are very quick to respond to initial enquiries and keep you informed every step of the way.
