Some other ideas were put forward and negotiated which helped the builders started prompt at the agreed time and worked through and finished quicker than I personally expected. They cleaned up site each day and at the end of the job the site was left to clean and tidy with the spec arranged as agreed. In view of this, I have agreed some additional works."
