Craig was extremely honest, hardworking and tidy. We didn't have to worry about anything. He even picked up on a few leaking relief valves (other plumbers had missed) and replaced these within the original quote. We got a few quotes for the work and chose Craig for his superior knowledge and honest pricing. I would highly recommend.

Craig installed a new central heating boiler with the minimum of hassle for me. He always kept to appointment times, worked efficiently and cleared away any dust and dirt. I found him a very honest and hard working chap and would definitely recommend his work.

Excellent communication from start to finish. I am extremely happy with every aspect of the work from the quote to the finished product. Craig was very polite, he kept me informed every step of the way regarding any additional works needed. Any additional work was appropriate, and if things didn’t need doing then Craig was very honest about what or wasn’t needed. He cleaned up as he was going and at the end of every day. I could not have asked for a better service, and would highly recommend his services.

Craig from Churchill Plumbing& Heating is a very competent and efficient gas engineer. He offered knowledgeable technical advice when he was providing a quotation, which allowed us to make an informed decision about the type and location for a replacement gas boiler. He was very quick at providing a detailed quotation, and revised it promptly when we requested some additional work to be done. He was a very good timekeeper. He arrived at the agreed time to commence the work, and kept us updated with progress. He worked very efficiently while he was removing the old boiler, and installing the new one.
New combi boiler installed.
Craig managed to reschedule all his other appointments to fit us in as we were without heating / hot water. His professionalism, knowledge, work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. He left our house looking better than it had before he started the work, and the patched up brickwork for old flue lines is exceptional!

People I had boiler maintenance contract with ( probably the biggest in the country ) could not replace boiler in less than a week. Contacted Churchill Plumbing and Heating 3pm in afternoon, came and gave me an estimate. Next morning arrived, worked an 11 hour day replacing boiler and making everything as good as new. Excellent job, excellent work, excellent attitude. Cost me about £100 more than my maintainer would have done, but gave me an incomparably better service. Especially appreciated as this is a house I rent out and my tenants suffered the minimum of inconvenience. What more could I possibly ask.

Overall the work took three hours because of the length of time to drain two 150ltr Megaflow water tanks.The fitting and testing were then straightforward to complete.
Craig was the best plumber we've ever had - and lately we seem to have had lots of them due to issues in our house! He was extremely polite, well mannered, knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas. His work was immaculate and he cleared everything away spotlessly. Clearly takes pride in the job he does.
