I contacted him prior to sorting the issue and was told what I’d need (engineer code) and how long it would roughly take (10-15 mins). I rang him on a day and time that worked best for me and it was sorted within the time scale originally given. I would highly recommend him as he was very helpful and also saved both of us time as he didn’t need to come out and explained everything over the phone."

Contacted Paul regarding having my alarm reprogrammed and was quoted an initial price, upon further contact, he explained that he may not need to come out and sort it and could do it over the phone.
