Omer and his team carried out my damp proofing work and laid a patio area with the utmost care and attention to detail. They worked exceptionally hard through very hot weather and always cleaned up thoroughly each day. Omer explained each step of the process, giving plenty of advice in a friendly and personable manner that made me as a customer feel special. Many thanks.
This was the first time I used this company. The work was dine to a high standard and finish as well as completed ahead of schedule. My property was left in a clean state during and after the work was completed. Contractors were friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again
Very quick, neat and tidy job.
We have faced several very serious issues whilst using City Damp Proofing which has caused us lots of unnecessary stress and left us with multiple problems to fix. Whilst reinstalling a radiator, they left a valve open, which resulted in our dining room floor being completely flooded. Despite admitting to these faults, they have been uncooperative for months, refusing to pay for a new floor to be fitted. We were also left without heating and hot water, and we had to pay to get this rectified. After they completed the damp proofing work, we returned to find they had accessed our cupboards without permission, taking our food and leaving wrappers and debris. They also cut through our Fibre Optic cable, leaving us without WiFi and having to call an engineer out. Furthermore, the company has not provided the guarantees of the work as per the contract. Overall an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, we would strongly advise anyone against using this company.
we asked City Damp-proofing to replace our old PIV Unit (20 years old) as it had stopped working. Rather than waste both of our times as I already had a PIV unit, there was a few e-mail checks on suitability and a date was arranged to install a new one. Mr Omer arrived on time, checked the site and fitted the new machine. He was a very clean worker and spent some time explaining how the new machine worked. over all a very good service and I would recommend this company.

Rising damp to bay window in the lower ground floor of a Victorian terrace. City Damp Proofing Limited were excellent from initial inquiry through to delivery of the works. The price, availability, work details and finished product were all first class.
Omer completed some damp proofing work on my house earlier this year to remedy rising damp. He was incredibly professional and did an excellent job. The whole team was also great, with emails replied to very quickly and someone always at the end of the phone. I would highly recommend them!

Omar was on time and really went above and beyond to find the root cause of our damp. Unfortunately their quote for the resolutions was out of our budget but had it been within we would have definitely used them. In short, they are people who take their job seriously and want to leave customers happy.
A nice guy and work seems very professional. Of course with damp, time will tell but we have a 20 year guarantee.
