Recently we had our bungalow roof replaced by Chris and lads at Citywise. We would like to thank them for providing a top quality job. We have had various large jobs completed on our property and I'd like to state that Chris at Citywise is the most honest and transparent tradesman we have ever met. Citywise, thank you for making this job a most pleasurable experience. If you are looking for a top quality product by on-the-ball tradesman, look no further. We are elated to have found Citywise Roofing Ltd. and would wholeheartedly recommend to all. TOP DRAWER GUYS!!!!
Very disappointed in that after having the roof replaced the leak continued. Turned out to be sealant above flashing, tube of silicon sealant and leak sealed. So wasted over 2 k having roof replaced for no reason. Would have liked the roofer to have established the leak before just replacing a complete roof. But good they came back to fix the leak.

Hi mate, on our previous text messages from yourself you requested us to come out and replace the roof. You did send me the measurements we quoted on replacing the roof as requested by yourself. You agreed on the price we booked you in and we done exactly what we were asked to do replace the roof. I’m sorry you feel this way. But Our numerous occasions through the text messaging we did indicate that it may be a door issue that caused the leak but however the leak travelled underneath the material which would’ve had to be replaced anyway I don’t know why you wouldn’t recommend us as we come out every time you had an issue without delay Many thanks

Citywise Roofers originally came to us at really short notice when we had a bad leak in our bathroom roof, meaning we could get it solved quickly! They communicated well throughout the process, meaning I always felt in the loop, and they completed good quality work replacing our bathroom roof. We have now had 3 roofs redone by them and plan to get them back to do more work for us in the future as and when we need! They have helped give us good, honest advice to plan for repairs to our home as well as providing high quality work. Highly recommend!
