CJS Electrical

We had our bathroom remodelled and CJS completed all the electrical work, They advised us on the style of extractor fan, lights and illuminated mirror that were suitable for a bathroom and the safety requirements needed. They worked with our bathroom fitter to carry out the work as and when required. The engineer, Keiryn, was great and always cleaned up. They were efficient, reliable and trustworthy and would highly recommend them.

Chris and the team recently helped with the renovation work we are having done, having used them previously to perform a basic electrical check on the property before we started. They did the work I asked for, and gave suggestions where things could be improved - and not just in areas that needed money spent! The team were flexible to my requirements, always arrived on time, and cleaned up meticulously after them. Would recommend!

Last evening (Easter Sunday) at about 9.00pm we had a crisis at home with an electrical fault. I rang CJS and spoke to Chris. Instead of coming out, he talked me through the various possibilities and eventually identified the problem. He kindly explained clearly what I had to do and immediately power was restored. I could not be more impressed and grateful.

After CJS did a complete rewire for us in a previous house, we asked them to do a fairly large upgrade in our current house. They were great throughout. Chris (the boss) made helpful and practical suggestions, including ones which would save us money. They then did a thorough test of the system - which would have been a chance for a less honest trader to "find" lots of problems. CJS just confirmed all was fine for the work to be done. Lee, the engineer who did the work, was a pleasure to have in the house for over a week, and was completely trustworthy (we gave him a key). He coped well working around family life, kids and a dog. He was very organised and left things useable and tidy every day, even though we had floors up and some chasing out. The work was all done well, the standard fittings (where we hadn't chosen something particular that we wanted) were all good quality products. Overall - very happy. Great client care; Chris followed up to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended.

CJS recently fitted some extra sockets for me. Everyone I spoke to at the company, from initially arranging a quote through to a follow up call after the job from Chris the MD, was friendly & helpful. The electrician did a great job; the work is neat and she was thorough in cleaning up after. I'd use them again & would definitely recommend!

Had a electric boiler system supplied and fitted by CJS over a year ago. Had a slight issue with it this weekend and managed to get hold of a engineer on a Sunday and talked me through the issue.

This was a relatively small job of fitting several lighting appliances in our house during pandemic times but CJS Electricals listened to our request politely. Within 24 hours they communicated with us whether we would accept a ‘cancellation slot’ at short notice. The engineer was friendly, efficient, helpful and had the multiple fittings up in very little time. He was particularly aware of pandemic rules and guidelines. Our experience here was that of a highly efficient friendly service with excellent communication. Price very reasonable. Would use again.
