We have gone back to Claire again and again for the last 5 years we like everything done with attention to detail and she has been very good for us.Claire is very reliable very trustworthy and very very thoroughNot the cheapest but still good value for money as you get what you pay for in this life

Always our decorator of choice and has delivered the very highest quality of work on our period house. Have used Claire for 10 years or so and would recommend without hestitation. Great advice on colour and finishes very thorough preparation protects furniture etc really well and very reliable.

Claire re-decorated two in-built wardrobes for me. She did exactly what I needed and was friendly professional tidy and efficient. The work was completed to a very high standard.

Claire completed the job to a higher standard than I thought possible. She took time and care over our old Victorian woodwork and walls and was able to make good judgement on what would be the best approach to gaining a good finish in surfaces. Her wallpapering was exemplary and she minimised waste (and therefore reduced our cost). She also spent time considering the aesthetics of the patter and repeat and the finished job looks amazing. Claire was always on time, worked to the budget (and when a slight addition to price/time was required she consulted with me and gave me options). She was pleasant to have in the house - did not intrude on our privacy, asked before putting on a radio and was friendly and approachable. This is the second time we used Claire and she will be our go to decorator for the future. I would have no problem in recommending Claire’s work to my friends and family.

This is the second time we have invited Claire to paint a room for us after doing such a great job on bedroom number 1. Claire doesn’t just paint she advises also, we weren’t 100% sure on colour or finish and trusted Claire’s advice. We love the result! Bedroom number 2 now has a striking black wall - painted with care and precision. We are very happy! Workmanship is excellent and pricing fair - would recommend!

I am a which member and saw her name. It was great to see a woman decorator among the best of the best. Immediately l felt comfortable without knowing her. l was not disappointed she has a great personality and easy to talk to. She explained clearly what is required, the cost and how long it would take all within budget - worth every penny. I had the back bedroom painted throughout to the highest standard. I gave Claire a key to let herself in. On completion the room was left clean and tidy. It looks amazing, my daughter loves the colours which, one of them was suggested by Claire. I have asked her to do further work in my home going forward. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needed work to be done.

We've used Claire to decorate all of the rooms and hall/stairs at different times in our house and she is always excellent. This time, she did our sitting room and gave us a lot of help and advice in choosing a wallpaper and colours to go with it. She is always calm and unflappable, communicative, friendly and completely reliable.

I just cannot recommend Claire Walker Decorating highly enough. Claire has done 3 major jobs for me over the last 14 years, and has always been utterly reliable and trustworthy. Her work is superb and her careful preparation and attention to detail is literally second to none (I have never found anyone else who works to such high standards). I have endured quite a few botch jobs in the past, some of which Claire has had to put right. When Claire finishes the job, it always looks immaculate and finished to perfection. She is calm and unflappable, sticks brilliantly to schedule, and gives such helpful advice. She has really good product knowledge (which most people don't) and has a talent for interior design as well so she is able to advise on the project and offer her views. She has a passion for what she does, never cuts corners, and is very, very talented indeed. You won't be able to stop staring at the finished product! Enjoy. She is absolutely worth the wait.
