The windows Graham fitted were fine and the work was carried out in a timely way at a fair price so it’s a shame that this kind of review has to be written. The problem is gerting Graham to return to fix a problem has been a very frustrating experience. He appears to have no interest once he’s been paid and consistently ignores attempts to contact him. This has been going on for 5 weeks now and it looks like Trading Standards will have to be the Not intnext step. My neighbour had exactly thes same experience with Clarity Windows when asking Graham to mend a broken window. He lets himself down.

Efficient, friendly, reliable, clean, very good value for money
This is the second time I’ve used Graham from Clarity doors and glazing to supply and fit my new composite door and he is first class. Listens carefully to exactly what you want, gives great advice if you need a hand making any decisions and the end is superb. Arrives on time, great quality work, a total professional.
