The problem is gerting Graham to return to fix a problem has been a very frustrating experience. He appears to have no interest once he’s been paid and consistently ignores attempts to contact him. This has been going on for 5 weeks now and it looks like Trading Standards will have to be the Not intnext step. My neighbour had exactly thes same experience with Clarity Windows when asking Graham to mend a broken window. He lets himself down."
