Colin has restored my faith in builders. He has been brilliant. He 'fixed' the leak but next heavy rain was leaking still. He came back immediately and had another shot at it. Another heavy rain fall and still leaking. Again came straight away determined to stop the leak and this time success!! He wouldn't take any extra money and even rang up to see if it was OK after another bout of rain. Very pleasant man, very easy to get on with and also very reasonable on price. Would definitely recommend him and I will use him again.
