We had a terrible leak with water rushing through the ceiling into our bedroom, and it was genuinely stressful. Ricky came out within hours of my phone call, immediately assessed what was going on and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. He was calm, friendly and reassuring at a moment when we really needed it, and it was such a relief to have someone who clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clarks of Brighton. They’re responsive, helpful and they get the job done.
We are very happy with the service provided by Clarkes of Brighton. We needed a new roof on our 4 bed bungalow and as our daughter had a very positive roofing experience with Clarkes in 2017, we asked them to do the work. All members of the team were professional, polite and friendly. The project manager gave great attention to detail enabling the work to be completed within 2 weeks to a very high standard.
