I cannot recommend Pat Scannell and his team highly enough. He completely refurbished our flat and transformed it in less than 3 months. He commuted from Brighton to London everyday, organising all logistics and the work was completed with amazing efficiency, professionalism and expertise. Everything has been finished to a high degree and his advice and patience was extremely welcome to us as first time renovators. His team are fantastically expert, personable, super efficient and nothing was too much to ask. We would not have undertaken this work without knowing Pat. An exceptional service.

The original estimate was given with a warning that there might be further work necessary. It became obvious that the extension flat roof was badly decayed underneath, and needed to be replaced. Likewise, it was found that the window lintel had broken in 3 places and needed replacing. The work was done on time and I was kept clearly informed of any further work and expenses that became necessary. Patrick and his team were polite and friendly and kept to schedule. They tidied up the back patio before leaving, removing all building rubbish. I was very pleased.
