“The original estimate was given with a warning that there might be further work necessary. It became obvious that the extension flat roof was badly decayed underneath, and needed to be replaced. Likewise, it was found that the window lintel had broken in 3 places and needed replacing. The work was done on time and I was kept clearly informed of any further work and expenses that became necessary. Patrick and his team were polite and friendly and kept to schedule. They tidied up the back patio before leaving, removing all building rubbish. I was very pleased.”
