"Admin side was quite professional, cleaners turned up and got on with the job quite straightforwardly. Did a really good job on some of the dirtiest things (cooker hood, oven), but could have done better on some simple areas like vacuuming. Overall I'd say very good, just make sure you do a proper check when you sign off the job and clearly articulate what you'd like focussed on."
