There was good communication in the run up to them arriving. When Freddie got here, he was on time both days, very upbeat, polite and friendly! He kept me updated on the work he was doing and what he’d achieved by the end of the day. We’re very happy with the results, the house looks great. It wasn’t an easy job but, as the photos show, the roof tiles were left back nearer to their original colour after the work had been undertaken.
