Clearwater helped me to set up a water heating system when I was struggling to have one and paying constantly to fix my hot water cylinder. Days of worry were over. (Worrying about hot water and collecting water from leaks).
So polite and friendly. Was true to his word. Was super efficient and got us sorted quickly. Transparent pricing. Honest and professional.
Fantastic job installing a megaflow - great communication and got over any problems caused by my weird, old house with ease. Would definitely recommend.

would always recommend them to any one requiring plumbing work done. They were clean, tidy, on time,very polite and explained everything. we could not be Moore pleased and we would not use any one else.

Called them for a boiler issue ,a plumber turned up with an apprentice ,after inspection told me to change the 9 year old boiler (2500£) and charged me 66£ callout . A different plumber fixed the problem with 300£ altogether .

We spoke to you at length and you agreed with how we came to the conclusion we did regarding the repair/replacement as you didn’t disclose all of the details regarding the insurance. You were only charged for diagnosis which you would of had to pay had the boiler been repaired before we could diagnose the underfloor heating fault which is what we were called for.

very impressed with the service, did phone for quotes from different company's. Clearwater was the only one who gave me a fair price for the work they carried out, which was fitting a gas cooker. They completed it within the hour and done a brilliant job. For me its the company's that take the little jobs serious that should be praised and would highly recommended them. Thank you.
