“I came through Check a Trade to obtain details of companies who installed Air Source Heat Pumps. From a list of 3 companies sent by Check a Trade. I chose Clever Energy and I am very pleased I did. The team of Riz, Tom, Ray and Ben completed what was a very difficult job with great skill and good humour. I must thank all of the Clever Energy team, especially Lee at their headquarters, who held my hand during the installation of the Air Source Heat Plant. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting an ASHP and Solar Panels fitted.h”

Curtious, efficient, helpful.
Supposed to do an on-line survey for a quote, rang 2 days before to confirm, never contacted on the day of the survey.
I requested a quote from Clever Energy and received a phone call from Nick who went through a few questions with me before wanting to arrange a phone call with a surveyor. I agreed to the call from the surveyor to go through the options and get a price. I was then called back by Nick to say that they wanted my husband on the call, I had previously advised that my husband couldn't be on the call. Nick informed me that with all the information given by the surveyor that I wouldn't be able to explain it to my husband. I told them that if they couldn't deal with just me then not to bother.
