Matt was extremely helpful with regard to facilitating quotations, fully transparent in his pricing and extremely pleasant to correspond with. Work was agreed and clarified prior to commencement and the standard upon completion was fantastic. Benefiting from being a local contractor, Matt has gone above and beyond with follow up customer service. Recently he popped back in just to ensure everything was to standard. Impeccable standard of work by all members of Climate Care. All work was completed on time, every need was met and they went above and beyond what was originally proposed to give us the best value for money. Very friendly staff who are approachable and genuine, which is difficult to find. They made every effort to keep us updated and informed at every stage. We are incredibly pleased with the high standards that the work has been completed to. Would highly recommend this company for any work, domestic or commercial.
