The initial meeting was good, with a two way discussion and a non-pushy approach. The actual quote was extremely competitive-we shopped around. On the day of install everyone arrived on time and got straight to it. The cabling is incredibly well hidden, the cameras well-sited and the hardware is good quality and usable. Software install was handled by his partner (I forgot his name unfortunately but he really knows his stuff!), and was explained well. Super nice guys too!”
