“We had a window which needed replacing. It was difficult to replace because it was hard to find a replacement as the original window was imported and very large. Several companies came to give us a quote but were unable to help. Finally Colne valley windows came and said they had the expertise to do the job. We are delighted with the outcome. The staff who came completed the work quickly and were professional. We would highly recommend them.”

The follow up was prompt and the contact very good. They carried out the works - a front door and a bay window - with great care and consideration. They even repaired another window for us. We are delighted with the result. Can thoroughly recommend them.
A first-class service received from Colne Valley Windows, from initial contact and showroom visit, site survey and quote, through to completion of the installation of our new windows, front door, fascia, soffit and guttering. We’ve been impressed with the company’s professionalism and the quality of the products and installation, and their helpfulness and communication throughout the entire process has been excellent. It’s been a very pleasing experience to deal with such a friendly, skilled and trustworthy family-run company, and we highly recommend them.

Lee @ Colne Valley Windows was extremely professional at all times during installation. The service provided by all the family at Colne Valley Windows has been exceptional from start to finish.
Lee and Sam replaced our patio doors. The new doors are beautiful and are fantastic quality. They are both very professional, dedicated and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up everything once they were finished. We are thinking of having them back to replace our windows next, so would highly recommend.
Colne Valley Windows are excellent. This is the second time I have to contact them regarding windows that have been broken accidentally. On both occasions they were extremely helpful, very professional, courteous, polite but still friendly. They explained exactly what the procedure would be, the glaziers arrived to assess the damage before sending me a non-obligation quote. Once that is accepted they keep you informed of when the new window will be fitted and their punctuality is spot on - on the first occasion they rearranged the fitting to allow for us being on holiday. They are a brilliant company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done Colne Valley Windows.

I am very pleased with my new front door fitted by Colne Valley Windows. The company was very reliable, trustworthy from the beginning. All communications were clear and helpful. The price was reasonable. The fitter clearly took pride in his work. The picture is from the inside as it shows it off more clearly. As promised the house is much warmer. When finances allow I will call this company back to help with other issues at the house.
