Not recommend! It is really bad service. They talk very nicely when knocked my door to ask the job Dec 2024. My roof got mould and condensed water everywhere after 4-5months and then I talked with the owner many times to be ignored and I had to phone their company and then get answers also been refused to come because they were busy and let me to wait, until now they still told me they are busy and can't come. I paid for so much money to improve my roof. And now been told to be waiting or pay myself to get another company to fix by the owner. And also been threatened to take down the review on Google, otherwise he wont come and no any guarantee for me. That's so ridiculous deal, there is no law in Scotland?

Would not recommend! Did not connect the gutter to the down pipe, while I was away for a week rain water poured in my kitchen causing damage to my ceiling and walls. Repair work was completed immediately and they agreed to pay for the damage to my kitchen. This bill has been left unpaid and messages ignored. I am now hundreds out pounds out of pockets as I have had to pay this myself. There has been no acknowledgement of the messages I’ve sent to say if or when this will be paid back. Leak in the gutter at the front door which was first reported on 8th August and has yet to be fixed on 24th September. Every time it rains I need to walk through a waterfall to get out of my front door. All messages regarding this have been ignored. I have now had to make alternative arrangements to have this fixed. Again, I am now out of pocket as I will have to pay for this myself. I’ve had the roof checked and the crew have done an excellent job. While on site they were polite and respected my property. It is therefore a shame to give a bad review due to the lack of communication and resolution of issues once they have your money in their account.
