Detailed reviews
They hold back important information and try to sell you a conservatory even if you don’t want it. I wanted an orangery and after I told them I know nothing and need their expert advice they went on to try and sell me a conservatory and after asking for my money back they told me the space wasn’t big enough for an orangery so I paid £5k for a base I didn’t need. I’m gutted and still trying to get my £5k deposit back for something they couldn’t supply yet they told me my money was safe. Seeking third party intervention and so would not recommend.

The windows and doors were installed as needed. Installers were hard working and conscientious. Day of installation, a piece of glass was wrong size. They rectified this within 3 weeks. Another error was noticed by the installation team. 3 months later, I am still waiting for this to be rectified. The trader haven't replied to sent emails. The installers were subcontracted by the trader.

Would definitely recommend. I needed a window replacement and existing windows required new handles, etc. Along with coming out to quote, measure and fit - everything was very quick and no hassle. Will be sure to be in contact for anything else needed. Thank you
Good purchase from start to finish
The workmen were very polite and courteous and the work completed without fuss.
Commerce Windows were excellent throughout. The quote was competitive. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. The work was done on time and to a high standard. We couldn't be more pleased. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering having windows and doors replaced.
Just excellent. I placed an order for bifold doors from the kitchen into my garden, Fantastic tradesmen and women, from quotation, preparation, installation and sales.
