He was polite and personable, and keen to help. He fitted the extractor fan quickly and efficiently. He explained the issue with it (PCB not working) and fitted the new one (luckily I had picked up another one when we were having issues with it!). Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely call Carl at CPS for any future jobs”
