Gave us a quote for realignment and replacement. We went with replacement. I suggested delaying due to weather which turned out to be necessary. Layton’s team did a wonderful job, clearing up after themselves and taking all rubbish. They even installed the water butt for us. Kept us updated throughout and invoice as quoted. I would recommend and use them again.

We had very bad water egress in our roofing over our kitchen/ bathroom, rotten timbers, degraded felting etc ,complete roofing & building services provided a exceptional service, all problems that needed work carried out on was explained/ shown to us, very professional, his team of guys where very polite Woking to a high standard, completed the job on time and everything was left nice and tidy, highly recommend
Dry verge installation and flat roof repair
Layton and team were great from start to finish. When Layton came to provide a quote he appeared very knowledgeable, honest and friendly, pricing several options and enabling us to chose one which was both lower cost and lower maintenance. He also very kindly squeezed in the flat roof repair at the weekend as the roof was letting in water. His colleagues who came to fit the dry verge to replace crumbling mortar were also hard working, friendly and left everything neat and tidy and the work was carried out for a good price. We would use again - thank you!

Layton was great at initially sorting out what needed to be done, and his reassuring attitude was great and justified. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The team were courteous and tidy.
Complete Building Services, found in Link magazine and Trustatrader, used a drone to survey the roof and quickly found a dislodged tile, shot up the ladder, and put it straight, job done. The use of a drone is a great cost-effective use of technology.
