“The company was very efficient, friendly and organised to deal with. The day of installation 2 men came and both worked non stop in the rain and eventual dark, working until 7pm to complete installation. They took time to explain how the door worked and were conscientious ensuring I was happy with the installation and how tidy they were. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
Detailed reviews
Quality of the windows was good but there were some large delays and it was hard to get information from them without chasing, ultimately seeing delays of 6 weeks versus the 2 weeks indicated. Invoices were sent for much higher amounts than agreed almost every time. Some issues with installation which took up to 3 months to have resolved. Any complaint was met with threats to cancel orders and personal attacks in two instances from Fred, I have never experienced anything like it. He was defensive and ultimately abusive despite the transaction having the ability to end amicably.
