“I had a conservatory built by Concept around 10 years ago. So well built that I went back to them to replace the glass roof with a solid one. I also wanted to change the interior which involved building works. From the initial meeting with the sales rep right through to the trades people I felt listened to, was given sensible advice with costing differences so I could make informed decisions. Being a woman dealing with this firm I felt listened to and respected. Their work is exceptional from the structure to the finish. A good trustworthy British firm which restored my faith in builders. Well done Concept! And thank you”

We have an excellent reputation in Essex, Middlesex & London for supply and installing high quality products alongside an exceptional level of customer service and after care. We are one of the few double glazing companies in the area who are Trading Standards Approved.
