"Nick turned up on time to the time given by him, he covered my flooring to keep it all clean and later hoovered where he had been in the kitchen, so it was clean when he finished. He took the old boiler out and replaced it with a new Worcester boiler. It was slightly different to the old boiler, but Nick explained how the new boiler worked, and left all the booklets that came with it. I was very happy with the work done and will use him again next year when the boiler has to be serviced. And I have a lovely warm home now!"
