Construct Techniques Limited

We have not yet started the work but communication so far has been of a high standard. Lots of ideas have been provided which is extremely helpful and we look forward to starting this project which includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general building works.

Ray has been abosultely amazing! As First time buyers we were so lucky to have found him as not only did he highlight issues, he was efficient in fixing them and doing things the right way. From new flooring, getting rid of built in cupboards to provide space, boarding the loft and installing a ladder, to mounting an extractor fan in the kitchen and so many other little things, fixing our toilet that wouldn't flush, we honestly can't fault him. We had heard horror stories about builders but Ray is the exact opposite and we will definitely be using him again

I have a Rental property that needed a face life. The process with construct techniques was effortless. They were punctual, could help with all the issues we needed to resolve and did so to a very high standard. Would 100% use again!
