We needed an internal wall removed and steel lintels fitted. Alex and his team arrived punctually every day, applied plastic sheets to the work areas and did a great job removing the wall, ordering and fitting the lintels. We would definitely use Alex and his team again.
Having worked with Alex, Rich, and team previously for the build of our house extension, it was a no-brainer to get them back for this project. They excavated the area, built a retaining wall with drainage, then laid a sandstone patio. Clear communication and advice was given at all times, and the end result was excellent and exactly what we wanted. The team put in some commendably long days temperatures over 30°C. The work was completed on schedule, in two weeks. We would highly recommend Cooper Property Improvements.
We chose CPI as Alex came over confident and friendly and gave a good impression. A decision never regretted, we waited a while as they were busy, but good builders always are. When the team arrived they worked solidly until it was finished. Richard gave me great advice and I chose some extras that I’m delighted with. Everyone that I’ve shown has been very impressed at the quality and finish. I would certainly strongly recommend this team.
