I recently hired Max from Coopers Property Maintenance to clean my gutters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. Max was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time and was very polite throughout. His attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring every gutter was thoroughly cleaned and free of debris. Max worked efficiently and left the area around my house spotless. He also took a number of pictures and videos to show the gutters before and after to reassure me the job was completed. I would highly recommend Max and Coopers Property Service - 10/10

A very good job - there’s an obvious difference between serious and not serious tradesmen - the attitude, the detail, the tools - a wonderful job on a patio that needed the care. I would recommend Max anytime and for future work I will certaily request his services again.

I was very impressed with the communication and speedy availability. Max and his co worker were thorough, let me know exactly what they were doing and supplied photographs afterwards. They were both friendly and completed the work in less time than they had expected. The surrounding area was left tidy and the job was done well. I would definitely recommend Max.
