Very high quality products and workmanship. The work was lower in price then I had expected and a very personal touch to the service. They weren't just workmen, we got to know them.

Did exactly what they said they were going to do for the exact price they said they would charge.

I contacted these guys to undertake the replacement of my UPVC windows and doors as part of the renovation of my newly purchased property. The sales director scheduled me in for a quote within 48 hours. Whilst on site I discussed what I was looking to do with him and on changes I was unsure on the exact details I felt comfortable enough to discuss these and got some great advice some of which actually reduced potential costly solutions. In just over an hour I had drafted the plan of action and he had taken enough information to provide an accurate quotation. The quote came back 3 working days later and was presented as I required. The quotation had considered their availability to complete the works and arrival of raw materials and the estimated completion date. Deposit was paid and in the run up to the start date of the project the company called to confirm they were ready to undertake and for us to confirm. The work started on time as planned. The installation completed the work on time to schedule(5 full days to complete as planned) to high standard of craftsmanship. The difference to this expectation is that these guys did all this work whilst maintaining a tidy and courteous manner working around my wife, a 3 year old and a 10 week old baby. On completion of the job I walked the site with the guys to sign off completion and I had bo issue with any of the work completed. I will be using them again.

Had just recently moved into a new property. The old windows were past there time as the condensation was horrendous and was about to get new carpets fitted and wallpaper started. Decided to find a tradesman that was local to my area to support local, small businesses. Craig came over and was prepared for hours of going back and forth to get to a sensible price, but with him there wasn't any of that. Came over had a quick look and sized up, then came in straight away with a price I first thought wasn't possible. Had a couple other companies come to price up but could not beat correct choice. After having the windows fitted, am really impressed not only with the price, but quality of product and just his no mess around personality.
