Grant was amazing since the first contact. He came and took the right measurements and kept me informed about my options for a bathroom window that I needed to replace. I was also aware of the dates of the installation well in advance and he showed up at the right time. Installation, cleaning afterwards, communication...everything worth 10/10 so I can easily recommend him and say that this is the right trader for your job.

ADR did Excellent work! The tradesmen were on time and worked efficiently and diligently, with very little mess, dust sheets covering kitchen surfaces. A new kitchen window was installed , replacement of 4 blown double glazing windows with new rubber seals on opening windows. We have already noticed how quiet it i, there are no longer draughts and we are very pleased with the result. In addition to work agreed our front and porch doors were Aligned so they open, close and lock more easily. All this at a reasonable price. We thoroughly recommend Grant and his team.

Amazing communication from start to finish. Grant was extremely helpful in his assessment of the issue with our original front door and gave us a very reasonable quote to have it replaced. It all happened far more quickly and more easily than we had anticipated. Kind and helpful from start to finish- we couldn't have asked for more.

We woke up to all of our front bay windows seals being cracked due to temperature pressure, so needed a reliable fitter which is where we came across Grant. He came over the following day, gave us a quote and the job was finished to a very professional standard. We're so happy with the efficient service and great results! Unlike other double glazing services Grant will visit and Quote for work and yes my blown glass can be replaced from inside the house Service was fast and efficient and although the hinge replacement for the top opening quickly became far more work then expected Grant kept to his original quote , extremely satisfied as an old window now has a completely new lease of life

The catch on our fanlight window didn't secure the window. I telephoned for a price to fix it and he gave me two prices; one if the catch could be repaired, the other for a complete window replacement. That was on the Friday, and he came on the Monday, as promised. He quickly ascertained the catch needed replacing and he had one with him which was a satisfactory match as a replacement. This solved the problem, and all done in about 45 minutes, cost as stated on the phone, plus £7 for the catch. It now works better than it has for a long time. Really good and would highly recommend.

We are very impressed with Grant to supply and fit UVPC sliding patio doors and 2 fixed windows above. Job was done on time and to a high standard. Well deserves the ratings given.
