"We had a problem with our central heating, could not work out what was wrong. After calling Cosy Cat Plumbing it didn’t take long before the error was found! A new thermostat gadget replaced the App type gadget and our heating is now working well. All sorted in a couple of hours. No mess, no fuss, the cause of error and resolution was explained very well. The replacement thermostat is now working, is very simple to use and has resolved all our problems of the complex previous difficulties. We didn’t know it would be this simple! Very impressed!"
