Detailed reviews
Had 2 doors and 9 windows installed. On completion, (the day the fitters left) the kitchen door wouldn't lock and had to request an urgent visit to rectify. When checking the work 14 faults were identified and I have, to date, had 3 visits from a repair fitter to rectify them. I am still awaiting the replacement of two sets of window hinges and today a further window will not close.
At the time of writing these comments we are still waiting a response/outcome to our complaint with regard to the lead bedding of the 05.02.2024 ? As yet no response ! With regard to the quality of the windows would say poor - The Fitter - was excellent even though he fitted them by himself -One window was broken and two of the three window vents didn’t work - finish on the front door was unfinished ! Within 5 minutes of the fitter leaving on the 20.12.2023(in fact don’t think he had left)Window Plus Office were on the phone for payment of the balance - not good - we await a reply on the Lead complaint but not hopeful of a reply ? Brilliant, they left everything tidy and we found them to be trustworthy and honest. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
Very good from the start, extremely professional and explained everything. Two fitters were brilliant- worked a full day and left everything immaculate. Brilliant attention to detail, aftercare service is wonderful. They were hard workers and the finish on the windows and seals was perfect. They put lintel above the french doors - very thorough and checked everything.
Really good workers. Nice lads who were tidy and polite.
