The lovely Ronnie offered to come straight away to make it safe. Thankfully no glass fell but still came around the very next morning. Made it safe, secure and measured up. Fully replaced a week later (again out of hours) and went the extra mile to make the sliding door move easier (Its an old door). Extremely grateful. Was professional and is clearly dedicated.
