Cozy cleaning limited

Usually I like to research companies before using their services. I was skeptical about using cozy cleaning because I didn’t have time to research reputable cleaning companies but I’m so glad that I did. I spoke to Melissa about the job and what needed doing etc. she was very quick to respond and transparent about everything which gave me the confidence to give them a chance. The cleaner who came I think her name was Courage was very professional and took pride in her work. She took her time and cleaned everything at a standard that you could eat off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! GOOD PRICES!!

Some deep cleaning but otherwise standard cleaning. Courage was punctual, positive and professional - great smile. Very thorough - cooker looks great. I thought the charge was a bit pricey but I will still use again.

First clean was good at £17 /per hour, good value. We arranged a 2nd clean same time 10.30. By midday no show but we had been invoiced. I emailed Melissa informing her that it wouldn’t be paid due to a no show. Melissa phoned, informing us that the no show was due to a family emergency but the cleaner could attend at 2pm. We agreed. By 2.30 pm still no show. We’d waited in all day and needed to go out so cancelled. Next time we agreed a 3pm start but again a no show. We phoned Melissa but no answer. We left a VM requesting a call back, which we never received. Very unprofessional
