Very prompt no pressure quote. Job booked in very quickly after acceptance. Turned up dead on time and set up in lousy weather. The guys who did it explained everything I asked about, and were extremely organized and tidy. Cleaned up nicely after the job was finished and photos supplied. Job looks great and I will use CP again if I have any roofing jobs in the future. Likely that I will next replace the wooden cladding on the house front and I will call CP first for a price. Called CP on Friday and came round the same day to discuss options as the hip was in poor we opted for a maintenance free installation I decided to go with CP and have 2 hips done, as we had a small hole in the roof and a couple of phone calls Creddy advised they could do next day. The agreed quote was sent and detailed everything that was happening. 07:30 CP turned up, well all I can say is what a first class job, step by step updates and Col who was doing the job he was brilliant never known in all my life a tradesman to be so clean & tidy and first rate. Hope to use again Brilliant thanks

Once we had agreed price the process of removal of the spray foam along with the old roof began very promptly. The scaffolding arrived and was set up efficiently on the Friday and the work began on the roof on the Monday. The team arrived promptly and worked was completed on the roof within 3 days. The clearing in the loft was finished the next day. Efficient and reliable service. Thank you

Came round to look at leak in roof, due to the difficult nature of current roof, gave a price, but on the day tried to add another £100 plus VAT as 'was a bigger job than expected' bearing in mind the man he sent round to fix it was only there about 1 hour and the final bill was £840. Refused to send me an invoice as he had promised. Roof still leaks.
