I Called cp property maintenance em LTD for a quote to have some dry verge caps fitted on my property.. the gentlemen that came out to give me the quote was very helpful.. he explained to me what needed doing and the process on how he would complete it…. The work his team carried out was to a very high standard.. my property was left nice and tidy and I would highly recommended cp property maintenance em Ltd

Amazing good quote prompt and reliable very very inpressed
These guys renewed my soffits fascias and guttering Brilliant guys came out when they said they would. Job done to a good standard. Lovely easy to get along with would definitely use again and recommend to anyone
Great guys, hardworking and got the job done in a good amount of time. Had lots of questions that they were willing to answer, they completed the work with good quality very happy would recommend this company and would hire them again for other work.
Professional roofers, excellent advice, in-depth quote. Explored all the options availability to me. The team was punctual, polite and very hard working and even cleared some additional rubbish I had. The job was completed to an exceptional standard and I was kept up to date throughout. The workman respected my house and left it clean. I would have no hesitation in using CP Property Maintenance EM Ltd again and would highly recommend them.
