The final costs were less than £1000 above the original quote, and this was due to the dig-down, which we knew could carry an extra costs. Chris always stuck to dates and times agreed. His work ethic is incredible; he would stay until the day’s work was complete to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Most importantly, if we have a future building work, Chris will be our first choice."
