Pete liaised with me efficiently in advance of the job and was very clear in terms of timings/how things would run on the day. Carl turned up exactly on time and introduced himself before starting (this is quite rare for a tradesman nowadays!). Carl was super efficient on the day and made us aware of how long the job would take. Doors were hung perfectly with all mess tidied up afterwards, I didn’t have to touch the hoover!
