Job was done quickly and efficiently
Craig and his team delivered a great work all around, create a wall opening, new doors installed, new radiator installation and some kitchen works inclusive all the builders works and plumming etc. Very clean professional, encountered a couple of issues on the way but did it's absolute best to sort the issues. Top communication also.

Craig and his merry men did a great job. Craig's prices are responsible, communication is easy and he has been very helpful outside of this job. They are friendly, clean up after themselves and finish the work in good time. I'm very happy with the work they did. I will be using him again and I would recommend him.

I cannot fault Craig's Property Maintenance. My roof was leaking and soon after I put an ad out there, he messaged and rang me about what needed to be done. Before starting the job, he took photos and talked me through what needed to be done. He was friendly, punctual and did a thorough and fantastic job on my roof and I am sure there will be no further leaks. He provided photos of the work he did and explained what he had done in detail. While he was up there, he also fixed my gutter joint which was loose and cleared it out. Brilliant job and highly recommend.

Contacted Craig to enquire about work required,call round on his return from holiday,gave us a quote which we accepted work was started a week later completed 3 days later , we offered to pay a deposit which was accepted.we paid in full on completion very happy with work would highly recommend.

Craig responded to my job. Arranged for the work to be done. Arrived a little later, but called to say he was slightly delayed. Arrived and proceeded to work his way around the house sorting out the problem. Took him longer than anticipated but did a great job. Great communication great job. Well done, a refreshing change. Very fair price to boot

I spent £1,630 on this work, and I must say the final result is far below any reasonable expectation. The canopy looks absolutely horrible—poor in design, finish, and overall appearance. In all honesty, I have never seen such a substandard job in my life, especially not for the amount paid. Furthermore, the overall look of the property has been negatively affected due to this installation.

He was happy to review the job even though I was unable to be at home at the time and he kept me informed and up to date as he carried out the work. No shortcuts, no quibbles, no add ons.
